This new-build apartment was reimagined to introduce warmth, character and clear functionality within a compact living and dining space. With little architectural detail to work with, the design focused on layering colour, texture and carefully chosen furniture to define distinct zones for eating, relaxing and working. A flexible dining setup allows the space to transition easily between everyday use and entertaining, while a discreet bureau was incorporated to create a hidden home office for two entrepreneurs, closing away when not in use. Thoughtful lighting, artwork and tactile materials add depth and personality, transforming a neutral shell into a considered, lived-in home that feels both practical and expressive.
